These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ADHD Pattern Journal app (“the app”) provided by MindCell Technologies (“we”, “us”). By creating an account and continuing to use the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The app is a pattern journal and self-reflection tool designed for individuals with ADHD. It allows you to log daily mood, energy, sleep, symptoms, routines, and triggers; record voice notes; set goals and track streaks; and receive AI-generated pattern insights and visual analytics based on your entries.

The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, insights, and suggestions generated by the app are observational patterns derived from your own entries and AI analysis — they are not clinical assessments or professional recommendations.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any mental health, ADHD, or medical concerns. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read in this app.

You are solely responsible for the content of your journal entries, voice notes, and goals. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your entries
• Not use the app to store or process data on behalf of anyone other than yourself
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Use the app in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to access, alter, or delete data belonging to other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code to the app
• Use the app in a manner that could disrupt or impair the service

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

The app's design, branding, code, and visual elements are owned by MindCell Technologies. Your journal entries, voice notes, and goals remain your intellectual property — we process them only to provide the app's features as described in the Privacy Policy.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindCell Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any decisions made based on insights or analytics generated by the app.

You acknowledge that AI-generated insights may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unhelpful, and that you use them at your own discretion.

The app is offered with a 7-day free trial followed by a recurring monthly subscription at £4.99/month. When you start the trial, your card details are captured upfront to prevent service interruption, but £0.00 is charged today. On Day 7, your subscription auto-renews at £4.99/month unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time with one click from Settings, with no further charges. Card details are processed securely by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

Refunds are handled at our discretion. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us through the app's support channels and we will review your case.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine may harm the service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the app. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
